Frog Island engagement pics!

We've been very behind in blogging but wanted to send out this blog per a special request! ;)

We know the bride-to-be through Kristina (she's her co-worker at her "real job"). We were so excited when we found out we were going to be the chosen ones to photograph her engagement photos. She had so many ideas she wanted us to try, and of course, we had some great ideas up our sleeves too. We hope you enjoy what you see. We love feedback! Also- check us out on facebook!

All because two people fell in love.

What a nice looking family! Poor Sarah- the only female of the family. (Girl power! hehe) She is a great mom and will soon make a beautiful bride!

Big Brother "K" was such a wonderful help while we did engagement photos of mom and dad. Funny story about this photo: K was pushing C in the stroller all around the park however when he was pushing C down this hill (much steeper than it appears) he almost lost control of the stroller and quickly picked up speed as he ran towards us. Needless to say, K wasn't allowed to push C down the hill anymore during our session! :)

Cute little "C" wouldn't sit still for anything. Not even for a fruit snack. I guess that's what we should expect from an 18 month old!!

We loved the colors in this one! Hopefully they did too!

We of course had to get a shot of the bling!!
*sigh* - look at how happy they are together!!

Wishing you two a happy start to your life together as husband and wife, hand in hand.

Mr. Jackson

We had the pleasure of photographing this active little guy twice. The first time we met him at the park and the second time we met him at his family farm. He is a boy of many faces and wasn't too fond of smiling for us but we were able to capture a couple good ones of this cutie pie! Enjoy!

"Dad, is that you?" - Jackson listening to his dad talk through the special microphone at the park.

And of course what trip to a farm doesn't have a picture of a child on a tractor or playing in the cornfield. As a matter of fact, one of the first things Jackson said was "I want a picture of me in the corn." He also proceeded to look for the door in the corn. He wasn't too successful in finding the door, but we LOVE this picture (even if he isn't looking at the camera)!

Check out the wonderful shadown!

We were shown around the family farm, saw Jackson ride on several tractors, lawnmowers and even a 4 wheeler. This wonderful shot made our day!

Thank you Jackson and the S family (and Spooky daddy). We had fun on the farm!

If you like what you see- leave some love!

"Where are the ducks?"

Little Miss Katelyn- oh how you make our heart smile.

She was such a free-spirit, so innocent and curious. She wondered where the ducks were the entire time we were at the park. It soon became a game where we would ask "Where are the ducks? I bet if you smile the ducks will come out to play!" It worked!

Look at this smile!

She sure loves her mommy! Of course, what little girl doesn't?

Happy to finally play at the park- this little girl is a ball of energy!

Thank you for letting us capture your moments of Pure Bliss, Katelyn and Katelyn's mommy!

May your dreams you hold dearest be those which come true!
